Commercial Printing
For short run advertising material such as shop window displays, mailings and posters, COCO Multimedia can offer a wide range of printing materials. Any size from A5 up to A1+ can be printed in-house whilst small items, business cards and mass production runs can be sourced and dealt with for your convenience. A smooth workflow from design to print can be achieved through a single supplier.

Individual customers
Print your family, wedding and holiday photos with COCO Multimedia. Standard 7x5" and 8x10" individual prints as well as large format (up to 24" wide and up to 30m long) are available along with a wide variety of printing materials including Canvas, fine art paper and card.

Unusual sizes and specialist requests can be managed as the service is run by an individual with experience and knowledge of photography and printing, whilst prices remain comparable to high street retailers. Images can be altered, resized, airbrushed and combined in a montage to suit your specific requirements.

Handmade items, framing, photo CDs and other gift items may be sourced on request, so contact COCO Multimedia to discuss your ideas and obtain a quote.

To order your prints, download an order form below, complete and post with a CD or DVD of your images. Do not send original discs in case they get lost in the post. If you have specialist media requirements, contact COCO Multimedia to discuss your needs before sending items in to print.

A guide to printing:

File Formats
For best results, your images should be provided in exactly the right size you want printed and in an uncompressed format. An uncompressed TIFF file is usually appropriate. JPEG is a common format from digital compact cameras (most people's family and holiday photos) and will print well in most cases, but due to its compressed nature, is not as good as a TIFF for large format printing.

Copyright
If you are sending in photographs to be printed, you must complete a copyright disclaimer and if necessary, provide authorisation from the photographer if you are printing professional work. COCO Multimedia cannot take responsibility for any legal action taken should you choose to disregard the law relating to the reproduction of copyrighted work. COCO Multimedia reserves the right to refuse printing services in any instance where there is concern about illegal reproductions.

Canvas Prints
The texture of canvas provides a beautiful and classic appearance to your photographs, giving the illusion of a painting. However, because of the coarse texture of the fabric, it is advisable to use canvas for large format prints and images that do not contain lots of detail. Small images and those with lots going on will lose detail in the print.

Fine Art Media
Contact COCO Multimedia to discuss the range of fine art papers available. You can arrange to view samples of materials and discuss the best ones to make the most of your images. Aluminium sheets, vinyls and other rigid materials are also available.

Colour accuracy
COCO Multimedia can guarantee an accurate reproduction of images produced in-house. The monitors used are properly calibrated and images are profiled to suit the printer and specific media. Photographs taken by other photographers or by clients themselves may look different to how they appear on an uncalibrated monitor. When ordering bulk prints, large format or specialist media, it is advisable to order a proof first. The cost of a proof can be discounted from your final order.

Print Quality
The inks used in the in-house printing process are guaranteed by the manufacturer to be fade-resistant for up to 75 years on standard photo paper. Canvases are coated after printing to prolong the life of the print and protect against cracks or impact damage. The in-house printing equipment is of professional quality, however the overall appearance of the print is dependant on the quality of the initial digital image.
